Danone Activia Fibre Cereals

Description: Healthy eating yoghurt with active bio ingredients. Low fat.

Newest Review: ... that will happen tomorrow as I said it loudly...) The only problem I have is that my local Tesco has 127 varieties of Danone ... more

... yogurts but not this one. I have to go to Sainsbury's to buy this one which is not on my way really... The closest to this one is Kiwi Cereals which has same specification plus few bits of Kiwi. For ultimate indulgence I would recommended you to try it with the dimmed light in the room while Blue Moon (Cowboy Junkies) is played from your sound system and nice lady is sitting next to you... ...and now for something completely different......more

I like yogurts in general as they are quite refreshing and healthy snack. I had some stomach related problems but doctors haven't found anything. It is just that I am a bit skinny as my stomach is not the strongest one so cannot digest all the heavier stuff and I noticed that I feel better to eat smaller meals but more often. I am sure I have some genetic preposition for stomach related problems so I was always keen to try to keep yogurts and related products (Actimel, Yakult etc) as part of my everyday diet. My favourite is Danone Activia Fibre Cereals. That's because it is not light and I want to be fat (I want to be fat - looks like a good title for a song ...  Read the complete review

I have tried quite a few of the Danone Activia yogurts over the last few weeks, as I received some vouchers from Bzzagent to try as part of their campaign to spread the word on various products. I had seen the television adverts for Activia many times, but had not tried it, as I was a little sceptical that they would do as they claimed, and they seemed to be on the expensive side. Activia contains a unique live culture called Bifidus ActiRegularis, and it is claimed that this can help to slow digestive transit when eaten everyday (one or two pots is recommended daily). This could turn out to be quite costly if you had to pay the full price for them, and were ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Danone Activia Fibre Cereals

i am a 51 year old female. I have been using laxatives since my 20's. I would go for days with out a bowel movement. I started using Activia and its unbelievable. I have a BM EVERY day now. Its light in color and soft. Like it should be. There have been 11 cases total of colon cancer, on both sides of my family. I can't express how happy and satisfied I am with Activia, and how its helped my life. Possibly saved my life. I had read some negative comments on the internet before I tried Activia, I am so glad I tried it for myself. I totally recommend it to anyone who has had lots of problems being regular. I still eat one every day. Its like magic.

After suffering which digestive cramps and pains for a number of years, i decided to give the Danone Activia yoghurt with bifidus digestivum a try, and see if the claims in the commercials were true. To my amazement after a couple of weeks my digestive system semmed to be working better than ever. i have very few cramps now and do not get that 'bloated' feeling i used to. Being a fan of strawberry yoghurt anyway the transition to this was not too difficult, the other flavours i have tried are peach which was ok and fig which was not to my liking but each to their own. I would thoroughly recommed giving it a try and see if it works for ...  Read the complete review
