Advantages: Delicious and creamy

Disadvantages: Can make you a bit windy!!!

After suffering which digestive cramps and pains for a number of years, i decided to give the Danone Activia yoghurt with bifidus digestivum a try, and see if the claims in the commercials were true. To my amazement after a couple of weeks my digestive system semmed to be working better than ever. i have very few cramps now and do not get that 'bloated' feeling i used to. Being a fan of strawberry yoghurt anyway the transition to this was not too difficult, the other flavours i have tried are peach which was ok and fig which was not to my liking but each to their own. I would thoroughly recommed giving it a try and see if it works for you.

Summary: Well worth a try if you eat yoghurts anyway.

Would like to have seen more here, you could have mentioned something about the ingredients and why they work the way they do. Will give it a try.
