Majority of people have a favourite food or selection of foods, something they would live off of if it were healthy for them (though some actually DO...Freaky Eaters finest!). If asked which food I could quite happily live off of, my answer would be easy: yoghurts! To be completely honest there are very few options I would not eat, as there are not many diabolical yoghurts, waiting to turn your insides out! It had occurred to me that I had yet to try any Danone yoghurts, so I set out to find something appealing! Now I must draw your attention to the main reason why it was Danone I had first thought of. I used to detest the Acitivia advert that would be shown ... Read the complete review

Digestive issues are widespread - constipation, irritable bowel syndrome , diarrhea etc. You can avoid these common problems by eating bio yogurts . They can play a vital role in maintaining good health as they regulate blood sugar levels and remove 'bad' substances like cholesterol. I buy Activia regularly due to the digestive power of prunes and it seems to be working! It is a quick and nutritious snack that is widely available from supermarkets. This yogurt contains live culture Bifidus ... Read the complete review

It is a bit more expensive than other yogurts, however as I am feeling a bit sluggish today I paid £1.69 today in Sainsbury's but they are sometimes on offer. Activia claims that it helps to improve the digestive system. Like many other yogurts, Activia is made from the bacterial fermentation of milk. What makes Activia different the people at Activia claim, is that that because of its unique probiotic culture, Bifidius ActiRegularis, more commonly know ... Read the complete review

Since the early sixties when yoghurt , as it was spelt then in England, hit Joe Public and his shopping basket, I have always had a fondness for it. Initially there were only a few brands, Ski being one of the most popular. Today yogurt, as we now spell it, appeals to a much wider range of consumers and has developed into a little section all of it's own in the Supermarket. I regularly chop and change between different yogurt but have found I like Activia's gentle creaminess. Activiais made by Danone, in France, and it contains 'Bifidus Actiregularis' which is supposed to aid digestion. As the packaging says it 'Helps improve digestive transit'. Now I'm not ...
