I have been buying these yogurts for over a year now as both myself and my daughter love them. They are usually about £1.58 for a pack of 4 but often there is an offer running if you buy 2 packs for £3.00 or 3 packs for £4.00 at Asda - not much of a saving but if you are going to buy them anyway.... These yogurts come in a pack of 4 in a cardboard sleeve and need to be ripped apart into individual pots. Unlike many other products that come in these stuck together packs I haven't yet had the adjoining pot lid open while I've been trying to pull them apart. In order to beat the bloat I've been trying various different products which I thought might have helped me. One brand I've been sampling in the past few months is Activia! One of the products I've been "lucky" enough to sample is the raspberry fruit layer yoghurt. These can be found in all supermarkets, including Asda, Sainsbury and Tesco. We tend to buy ours from Tesco now though but this is simply because it is closest to us! They can be found in the yoghurt aisle alongside the yoghurts such as Muller Light and Shape. I recently tried Activia for the first time, after receiving some vouchers from bzzagent to try it and tell others what I thought of it. I had seen the adverts on television many times, and was slightly sceptical of the claims that it would help to improve digestive transit and reduce bloating. I was happy to try some of the yogurts for free, though. Activia contains a unique live culture called Bifidus ActiRegularis, which is apparently clinically proven to help improve digestive transit when eaten everyday.
