I used to always try and eat quite healthily but for one reason, or another, I have had rather a naughty year, as far as food goes. Having decided enough was enough, I thought I would buy some yogurts instead of a mass of naughty chocolate foods and puddings. I have tried various varieties of the Activia yogurt range but not the Strawberry ones before. Strawberry yougurts on the whole are a little sweet for me and are my Husband's favourite yogurts, in any brand. As he does not usually eat the Activia yogurts, I thought I might get him to eat the Strawberry ones, and I was right. I bought a four pack of the strawberry Activia yogurts, which looked ... Getting excited about yoghurt is not something I’m prone to doing and I’m not going to get excited here either. However, I have been rather impressed by Danone Activia. Activia is one of the new(ish) range of yoghurts that claim health benefits can be derived from eating them, in Activia’s case the benefit is a lessening of bloating and associated stomach problems. Containing “bifidus actiregularis” or “friendly bacteria” to you and me, eating one pot a day for 14 days is meant to show an improvement in your digestive health. In fact, so convinced are Danone that they regularly offer a moneyback guarantee; try Activia for 14 days and if you don’t notice the ... Read the complete review

What Danone claims about Activia Be Convinced or your money back** Danone Activia is a creamy, probiotic yogurt that contains a unique culture called Bifidus ActiRegularis. It helps keep your digestive system ticking away nicely in the background so you can get on with life more easily and feel more comfortable in yourself. The results from the people that have already taken the 14 day Challenge speak for themselves: 82% of people with digestive discomfort said they felt better after eating Activia everyday for 14 days.*** However, if that's not enough to convince you that Activia can make a real difference, there's ... Im trying my best to be healthy and to stop eating rubbish like chocolate and sweets.I was in my local corner shop and they had these yoghurts on offer for £1 for a four pack. I thought this was quite good as ive seen them a lot more expensive than this before. I bought them in Strawberry as this is one of my favourite flavours. My Activia Fruit yoghurt was made by Danone and has an expiry date of 17/10/2009. They will never last that long in my house lol These yoghurts are fat free which is great if like me you are looking to lose some weight. They have only 67 calories per 125 gram pot which is brilliant. The packaging of these ... Read the complete review

Danone Activia Fruit Strawberry ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Its seems that I im just reviewing different aspects of my packed lunch everyday now and today im now on to the yoghurts. I have always been a fan of yoghurts and today I decided to try Danone Activia Fruit Strawberry. I get this impression that this is a woman's yogurt or certainly aimed at ladies. It's advertised by saying something along the line of 90% of women surveyed said Activia helped with their digestive systems. It doesn't mention men at all in the advertisements and therefore gives the impression that this yoghurt is aimed solely at the female market. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ... Read the complete review
