... you can get twp packets for only £3. This is only a saving of 12p but if you are watching the pennies then it is worth taking advantage of. The 4 yoghurts come held together in a cardboard outer packaging. The packaging is a green colour which reminds me of luscious fresh green grass. This adds to the natural feeling of the product. On the cardboard packaging there is lots of product information as well as some interesting looking pictures of vanilla flowers. Personally to me these weren't too appealing and I tend to ...more

In order to beat the bloat I've been trying various different products which I thought might have helped me. One brand I've been sampling in the past few months is Activia! One of the products I've been "lucky" enough to sample is the vanilla fat free yoghurt! These can be found in all supermarkets, including Asda, Sainsbury and Tesco. We tend to buy ours from Tesco now though but this is simply because it is closest to us! They can be found in the yoghurt aisle alongside the yoghurts such as Muller Light and Shape. Activia yoghurts contain a live culture called Bifidus Actiregularis which is scientifically proven to improve slower digestive transit when eaten everyday. I chose the Activia Vanilla flavour which is by far the best; it tastes nicer than any of the fruit flavours (cherry, forest fruit, peach strawberry, rhubarb, mango, apricot, kiwi & strawberry). It is also one of the fat free flavours along with cherry, which lowers the calorie content and is quite low on calories in comparison to other types of a similar amount. The texture is no different from any other yogurt considering it is fat free. The colour is quite yellow which made me look at ...  Read the complete review
