I have to say I am not the world's biggest yoghurt fan but I am generally not a dairy fan. However I thought it would be good to try and get something good down me so I decided to give Activia a go. Activia is supposed to help you beat the bloat by improving slower digestive transit. It is another of these good bacteria products and apparently with one pot a day as part of a healthy and balanced diet you will see the reuslts within a couple of weeks. One pot contains 21% of your RDA of calcium. The Danone Activia website says "ActiviaŽ, like other live yoghurts, contains two bacterial cultures: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. ... Read the complete review

I gave up yoghurts a while back after suffering a migraine, which had put me off. One morning there was little else in the fridge aside from a multi-pack of danone activia yoghurts and so i thought i'd give one a go. I can honestly say that these are the tastiest yoghurts i have ever eaten. I now have two for breakfast each day. I feel calmer and have a more settled stomache. Danone is said to be scientifically proven to help improve slower digestive transit, which for lots of woman can mean helping with those occasional sluggish or bloated feelings. What makes Activia so very different is its unique probiotic culture, Bifidius ActiRegularis, more commonly know as 'good ... Read the complete review

In order to beat the bloat I've been trying various different products which I thought might have helped me. One brand I've been sampling in the past few months is Activia! One of the products I've been "lucky" enough to sample is the multi pack which comes with the flavours, strawberry, kiwi, apricot and mango! These can be found in all supermarkets, including Asda, Sainsbury and Tesco. We tend to buy ours from Tesco now though but this is simply because it is closest to us! They can be found in the yoghurt aisle alongside the yoghurts such as Muller Light and Shape. They are on the middle shelf in my local Tesco so I assume they will be in the same ... Danone do do tasty yoghurts don't they? I always recommend them to my friends who enjoy a thick creamy texture and not too much sweetness in their desserts. Danoe Activia can be purchased in a range of fruit varieties and fruit flavours and as you can probably guess, they generally have a very fruity flavour, especially contained in those lumpy bits of fruit. There are also fat free and extra fibre options. Danone Activia is considered a healthy food in that it supposedly contains a beneficial bacteria that works together naturally with the bacteria found in that human digestive tract. This is supposed to result in smooth digestion and leave the individual with higher ... Read the complete review

What a strange thing to review i think you'll agree? but i feel the need when a yogurt is this good. --- At A Glance --- - 4 yoghurts in a pack - made by Danone - flavours: Kiwi, Strawberry, Mango & Apricot --- Feeling Fruity? --- Sometimes i feel that a yogurt is missing something, that the taste is fairly bland and although a linger of the flavour is there, there's nothing that tells you you're eating say a strawberry yogurt. These are different and contain real fruit which is in nice bite size chunks that burst with juice as you eat them. The yogurt itself is nicely flavoured but the actual fruit ...
