ACTIVIA yogurt has given me my life back!!! I'm a 62-year-old man and I've suffered from bowel complaints for years and years, I'd tried most 'remedies' on the market, even gluten and wheat free products, nothing worked for me; I always thought 'bifidus actiregularis' was a made up expression when I saw the Activia ads on TV, and it was only when the Activia yogurt was on special offer in Tesco the other week that I decided to try it, making sure to eat it for the recommended 14 days. And believe me, it's made a huge difference to how my stomach feels, which in turn has led to an upturn in my general outlook on life.
The only downside for me is the normal cost of Activia, it's a bit prohibitive, but if it's the only effective way of getting this vital ingredient into my gut then I'm HAPPY.

Summary: I need this supplement so I'll have to pay for it
