I did find that it did have a positive impact on my digestion, as I used to feel uncomfortable regularly, but i do seem to get that discomfort less now. I would buy these again, as they are often on offers, such as 2 packets for £3, which makes them much more affordable. I will also be buying some ne...more

am a member of Buzz. This is a website that gives their Buzz Agents the chance to try different items and then tell people about them, so you create what they call a buzz via word of mouth. My latest thing to try is Activia yogurts. I had never tried them before but as I received a coupon to get free packs I decided to give it a go. Off to Asda I went and straight to the yogurt section. I picked up a 4 pack if Activia Fibre, Kiwi Cereals flavour. **********A BREIF HISTORY********** Danone are the makers of Activia. In 1966 two French glass companies, decided they wanted to merge. The company became known as BSN. BSN decided to move into the beverage ...  Read the complete review

I am not a huge fan of yogurt, as I only really like Peach or Peach Melba flavours or occasionally I can eat strawberry. I find Peach yogurt pretty difficult to come across, you would think it was quite a standard flavour, but there are three big supermarkets near to where I live and none of them usually stock peach, they are all peach and pineapple or peach and mango. I recently noticed Danone Activa had four packs of peach yogurt, and decided to give it a try. ~About the product~ I'm always seeing adverts for prebiotic and probiotic yogurts, but to be honest I haven't a clue what the difference is or what they are supposed to do, but I ...  Read the complete review

Havent always felt bloated after eating, i saw these on tv and though what the hell, lets give them a try. Firstly, i have to say they are incredibly expensive, and this is a major turn off, you get 4 and if you have one a day as recommended, then that wont last you even a week, and at £2 a go this is expensive. Sometimes though they have offers, so i really only tend to buy when an offer is on. Well what about the taste, well the peach flavour is very nice, its sweet and not sour like some bio yogurts are, but its has bits, and if your not keen on them, then you wont like these yogurts. Finally, do they work, well i do feel better ...  Read the complete review
