My other half saw this on special offer in our local Co-Op recently where everything from the Discovery range was on half price, it was therefore only 35p for the packet instead of the usual 70p. This made for a cheap meal with a packet of flour tortillas and we usually love fajitas so I was keen to try this new flavour. I am disappointed to say that actually I really disliked this version of the fajita spice mix. To me it tastes overwhelmingly of lime and salt and is not pleasent to eat. This is a mild spice mix for coating chicken and/or vegetables to make Mexican Fajitas. It comes in a 30g sachet, enough to make 4 portions. INGREDIENTS Ground chilli pepper, Salt, Sugar, Lime extract, Onion Powder, Cilantro, Ground Cumin, Granulated Garlic, Oregano Flakes, Lemon Powder, Smoke Flavour Mesquite, Ground Cinammon, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cayenne Pepper, Flavour. It states on the packet that it contains no artificial preservatives, colourings, or flavourings, which is great, as I don't like things full of monosodium glutamate.
