Discovery Soured Cream This product is a great addition to a mexican meal. I tend to use this product a lot especially when eating mexican food as its a little spicy for me. The soured cream actually calmes the spicy-ness down and the more you add the cooler it gets. The soured cream normally is placed within the world foods isle in the shops and costs around 50p. The product comes in a small 160g glass jar and is clear in colour. It has a black lid and is sealed by a paper label, this makes it easy to detect if the product has been opened. Great to keep in the store cupboard foor easy family meals A bit on the high cal side...but worth it

simple and tasty once opened you need to use them all up within a few days.

A spice mix that's okay for people who don't like too much chilli. I thought it could do with a bit more lime.
