I am a huge fan of Mexican. When you buy the kits it is nice and easy to make for a big group of people and the fact that you can help yourself and tuck in makes it much more exciting! Out of fajita's , burittos and tacos, tacos are always the dish I cook the least as they are so impossinbly hard to eat, as soon as you bite into the shell it crumbles and you spill filling everywhere, most frustrating when you are just trying to get it into your mouth. As soon as I say the stand and stack trays for sale I snapped them up, this seemed the perfect solution. With tacos I cook mushrooms and beef. I also grate some cheese and cut up some lettuce.
