Dole Fruit Bowls - Peaches in Light Syrup

I ordered a few of these little fruit bowls with my last online order from ASDA as I thought they would be handy to take to work with me, and also a healthier snack than the chocolate I normally end up having from the vending machine. I wasn't sure when I ordered these if the diced peaches were in fruit juice or syrup. I had hoped they would be in fruit juice as not only is it healthier but it tastes better.
