I have been aware of the Dorset range of cereals for a long time now but have always shunned them due to their high price tag-£2.99 for a 415 gram box is more than I am willing to pay. However a few weeks ago our local Waitrose was selling all Dorset cereals at half price. I decided to give a box of naturally light flaks with figs and grapes a go. I liked the fact that this cereal only contains 2% fat and was intrigued by the addition of spelt, something I had never heard of. I love figs and grapes too so this was an easy choice.
