My quest to discover new breakfast cereals goes on. I'm a big fan of Dorset Cereals who have developed a niche for themselves as a sort of high end of the market muesli maker. They have ten types of muesli, two flaked cereals, four porridges, six types of cereal bars, one Dorset Cereal for kids and now, new to the market, a granola. Granola is basically the name given to mueslis that are toasted and baked with a sweet substance, such as honey or syrup. A few months ago while in Waitrose, I noticed this new cereal from Dorset Cereals called Honey Granola and was impressed by the ingredients list.
