My favourite Stockport Pound Shop that keeps me in Milka and Dove Hazelnut Truffle bars has added a new treat - these Dove Orange Cinnamon bars. They're also on 4-for-£1 and you can mix and match with the Truffle ones, so of course I had to try them. Orange and cinnamon alone sounds like quite an odd combination but really these bars have even more than that going on. And the result - Orange + cinnamon + caramel + truffle + chocolate - makes for one busy little bar Dove bars are really Galaxy by another name, and so the chocolate part of this one is nice - the usual silky, creamy, smooth melt-in-your-mouth chocolate ... For some reason I don't know, Dove and Galaxy chocolate are basically the same thing. The packaging is similar, but the name is different (answers on a postcard for that one). Now, Galaxy is my favourite chocolate of all time, so I was really excited to see these Dove Milk Chocolate Orange & Cinnamon Bars in the shop, and picked one up. Basically, they are made up of a bar of normal looking chocolate pieces, but each one is filled with a soft chocolate centre. Whilst I was scanning the shelves on approvedfood.co.uk a few weeks a go I came across these. I didn't have clue what they'd be like but at 5 bars for just £1 I couldn't resist. When they arrived I realised that they are actually a foreign version of Galaxy which I'm not particularly keen on but I pushed through for the sake of this review. The bars are foil wrapped for freshness and the tops tear open relatively easily. They are similar to a Cadburys Dairy Milk in that they have six individual rectangles of chocolate that break off one by one.
