Duchy Originals Organic Bakewell Tart

I have been a bit lazy in the kitchen when preparing desserts recently since discovering the delights on offer from Duchy Originals, the company created by Prince Charles. At the weekend I do make a point of cooking a lovely meal on Saturdays when we are all home, and can eat together. As I cook almost everything from scratch it can take quite a while, so sometimes I call on my little friends at Duchy to provide dessert, and they have never let me down yet!
