If you are looking for a delicious end to a meal with a taste of Provence, then might I suggest a tart from the Duchy range of organic desserts? This luxurious tart is made with double-cream and real lemon juice, and is encased in a melt in the mouth organic sweet pastry. I love to make my own desserts but since discovering this range I have got a bit lazy at the weekend, preferring to make more elaborate main courses and to then retire and let Prince Charles take over.
