 ... the bitter dark chocolate worked better with the sweet chewyness and the nutty flavours. Eat Natural bars don't display and nutritional information on their bars, but from checking the website I've found that this 45g bar contains 211 calories 17g sugar and 12g fat (although a lot of this is good nutty fat). So natural, but not exactly super healthy. Overall, I was a little disappointed with is flavour, especially considering I enjoyed the other so much. I think I'll steer clear of the ones with yoghurt coat...more

I'd recently been getting into Eat Natural bars and the like after trying on a whim the Dark Chocolate and Macadamia one and becoming somewhat addicted! Waiting for a train the other day I became a little peckish and picked up another from the station cafe for a whopping £1! Most places sell these bars for around 80p each or you can get packs of 3 in most supermarkets for a little under £2. Tempted be my usual favourite I resisted and decided to try something different, in a pretty, turquoise wrapper the 'Blueberries, pistachios and yoghurt' caught my eye.
