Rooibos (redbush, there are a few different ways to spell the name) tea is a refreshing drink, the source of it is grown in South Africa. Apparently the plant is very fussy where it grows, and attempts to cultivate it elsewhere around the globe have failed! The demand for this alternative to black tea is growing all the time, mainly because of the health benefits and versatility. Enjoy it either hot or cold, and is a good replacement for black tea or coffee. It contains many trace elements and minerals, and tops up your fluids in hot weather!
