Although I am quite keen on a good Müller yoghurt with a nice strong fruity flavour, I am also partial to a decent tub of Greek yoghurt! I was delighted when I came across the pots of Fage Total Greek yoghurt, 0% fat in Asda, and could not wait to try it! There wasn't much that actually attracted me to this product; the packaging is very basic. The yoghurt is kept inside a round plastic tub, which has a main white colour to it, except the writing, which is a dark blue shade. The large '0%' sign on the top did play a part in luring me closer, as I wondered what exactly it was lacking in. When I found that it was little fat, I was over the ... Read the complete review

I'm a huge fan of yoghurt and particularly low or non-fat ones to ensure I get plenty of calcium in my diet without increasing the size of my waistline. My favourite is Total 0% Greek Yoghurt produced by Fage, a Greek company established in the mid 1920's though their delicious creamy products didn't hit UK shelves until the 80's, not before time either. Their 0% fat Greek Yoghurt is a delicious strained yoghurt made from fresh skimmed cows milk and live active yoghurt culture for a rich creamy taste. It contains no added sugars or sweeteners so is perfect to add any type of dish be it sweet or savoury. The yoghurt is sold in two sizes of tub, ... Read the complete review

Being of Greek origin, Greek yoghurt has been part of my diet since childhood. I'm so pleased that this is now so easily accessible and sold in most supermarkets. The Total website describes their yogurt as "smooth, rich, creamy. delicious, to be served with fresh fruit, crunchy cereal or simply on its own, Total 2% Greek Yoghurt can help you lead a healthy balanced lifestyle without compromising on taste. Yes, it's all of these but they missed the best part! This yoghurt is absolutely fantastic with Greek honey. Add loads of honey to a pot, mix it in, just a bit (don't fully blend it) and you have one of those most delicious snacks available. ... Read the complete review

Total yogurt is the only greek yogurt I buy because to me it's got the most authentic taste. However, a few weeks ago I bought 0% Total yogurt, and was hugely disappointed: I didn't think it was quite so thick; it lacked so much in richness of taste that it no longer tasted like greek yogurt, rather like any other low fat yogurt; but most of all it had lost the lovely sharp undertone of my usual tub of Total. All of this doesn't mean it's unpleasant, it just isn't sufficiently different to any other yogurt product to warrant the extra cost. Furthermore, whereas you could probably get away with it for use in sweet dishes or as a healthier substitute for cream, I cannot ... Read the complete review

Fage Total 0% Greek Yoghurt is a guilt free traditional Greek Yoghurt experience! This yoghurt is fat-free, and is thick and creamy. I discovered this brand whilst in Greece, and I was so happy to find it on the supermarket shelves in Asda at home in the UK! I also love the 2% Fage yoghurt which comes with a side compartment of honey, but the 0% doesn't compromise on taste. I reccommend this yoghurt to be eaten with a little bit of honey, with a couple of walnuts - absolutely delicious! What is great is that it doesn't contain any added sugar or sweeteners and is a great source of protein. The pot is just a megre 52 cals, with 9g of protein and ... Read the complete review
