Tasty snack but get the heinz ketchup out.

I absolutely loved this breakfast favourite from feasters, but they have completely changed, it, I dont know what they have done. This sandwich now comes in the form of a roll instead of a long bun, and it now uses back bacon instead of smoked. Im actually gutted, it was one of the best tasting microwaveable sandwiches I think I have had. Unlike many other brands and kinds the bread did not go rock hard and tough, and impossible to bite into, the bacon wasnt stringy or hard, it was just right.

These sandwiches are currently on offer in ASDA for £1, along with the rest of the feasters range which includes quarter pounders, chicken burgers, BBQ Ribs, Hot Dogs. They are generally availiable for around £1.50 in all supermarkets which I feel is a good price for what you get especially the bacon roll, which reminds me of McDonalds bacon butties, this is also a lot cheaper and you dont have to venture to your local maccy d's to eat one, (however the maccy d's hash brown could be a tipping point). Hint for you here feasters! Haha.

The packaging is the typical feasters packaging, it has the black writing along the top of the pack and large picture of the cooked product on the front of the pack, on the base of the packaging you get all the nutritional information and the daily guildline amounts, as well as all the ingredients which are used to create the snack. Inside the pack as well as your snack, you get a small tomato sauce sachet, which in my opinion is not big enough so I use different ketchup and just throw the included one in the bin, a small waste of money, but the taste is important. The packaging also has in large lettering that you are able to microwave this breakfast snack in just 40 seconds, I wondered how this would be long enough to heat the bacon up, but it was and it tasted good.

If you are in a hurry, or just fancy a small snack then I would definitely recommend this breakfast snack (Im gutted they have changed it though). The bread does not go solid like other microwavable foods and the bacon tastes good, the sauce however leaves a little to be desired, if this was a bit better then this would be the perfect product, however it is a little lacking. You do however get everything it says on the packet, if your aspirations are not too high then you will be satisfied with this product. It is what it is and for me it is the perfect hurried snack.
