Advantages: Very chocolatey
Disadvantages: Calories and fat
**What is it?**
Nutella is a hazlenut chocolate spread made by Ferrero, it has been around since 1963. It contains both cocoa and hazlenuts at around 13% hazlenuts and 7.4% cocoa.
**Is it nice**
Nutella is a delicious and sweet spread. It is very chocolately and very smooth. I love to eat it on bread or toast, but I can't eat it too often as I am lactose intolerant. It is very tasty, even if you eat if by itself, with a spoon, (or a finger). I do find the pot too small, and it doesn't last very long.
**Calories and fat**
Per 15g serving there is 80 calories, which is a little high and 4.7g of fat. Nutella claim it is good for you as part of a balanced breakfast as there is over 25 hazlenuts per jar, and free from colours and preservatives. It does contain sugar, vegetable oil, hazlenuts, fat-reduced cocoa, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier and vanillan, which all sounds good to me.
**In conclusion**
I wouldn't eat Nutella everyday, it's more of treat rather than an everyday breakfast and I really wouldn't eat it for breakfast - too sickly. But it is delicious, and I would recommend it if you like chocolate, yum.
Summary: I would definitely eat it as a treat.
