Ferrero Rocher is an Italian chocolate made by the Ferrero Company, they are a relatively cheap chocolate that aims to be more classy than something like Roses and Quality Street. Packaging Ferrero Rocher come in boxes of various sizes, I have a box of 16 (well there were 16 originally!), the box itself is made from a good quality solid plastic and it has a ribbon like label with the label saying Ferrero Rocher on it along with a picture of one of the chocolates, the label is a white colour with a really nice gold colour edge which is reflective giving it a real high quality appearance. The box is transparent so you can see through it and get a good view ... Read the complete review

Here we are again, January and I am sure most of you have indulged over the festive period and ate far too much along with everyone in my house, particularly where chocolate is concerned, think we are a bunch of chocoholics. One of my personal favourites and also number two on my daughters list of all time favourite chocolates are Ferrero Rocher and we tend to treat ourselves of Christmas with a few, OK more than a few of our favourite chocs. According to www.ferrerochocolatesusa.com a gentleman called Piertro Ferrero had a dream of making top of the range candies and sell them to the world at a price that was affordable and in 1946 ... Throughout each year I must eat more than my bodyweight in Ferrero Rocher. For me, they are the ultimate in chocolate treats and I will happily sit there and devour a large box of them if given the slightest opportunity. After the New Year I went down to my local Sainsbury's store and to my delight found that a fantastic post-Christmas offer was on meaning that instead of retailing at £5.49 as they had been before Christmas and up until the New Year in fact, boxes of 30 Ferrero Rocher were now costing just £1.37. Sainsbury's often have fantastic offers around key times of the year such as Christmas and Easter, with reductions extending to 75%; I was so thankful that this ... Read the complete review

you are definately spoilt if you get these decadant little chocolatey heavenly moments! They are hazelnuts engulfed in hazelnut cream and dipped in chocolate and chopped nuts. they come individually wrapped in gold luxury foil wrap and a little brown petits fours case, and then they are packaged in a clear container of various shapes depending on the amount inside. they coms in a rectangular box, a hexagonal tray or this valentines day they are doing a heart shaped one. everything about this chocolates design is geared around feeling luxurious and high quality. and oh my god are they worth their price, they are extortionately priced, but for the reason that people pay it ... Ferrero Rocher are often described as small chocolate balls that come individually wrapped in rather unnecessary fancy gold-coloured wrapper. They are then packaged further in a transparent plastic box. They must be one of the most over packaged, overpriced and overrated confectionaries on the market. Each ball contains so very little chocolate content that I almost find them offensive, in fact I would go so far as to call them outrageous in the negative sense of the word. Just a skimpy thin milk chocolate coating is all you'll get. So in essence they can't really be called chocolates never mind Italian chocolates. In fact they are not chocolates at all and the fact that ... Read the complete review
