Advantages: minty
Disadvantages: noisy box
If you don't know already then Tic Tac's are little tiny mints that look like some sort of bug has laid them. There are around 25 mints in a packet. Each Tic Tac contains just 11/2 calories and they come in a lovely plastic container that has a flip lid. If you shake the packet then it sounds like a toy for a baby
I really enjoy Tic Tac's and it is surprising at how such a little thing can give so much taste. I can actually tell you that they are white in colour. According to Wikipedia most of the flavours are now white and the flavour is determined by the colour of the pack. I'm guessing it's because of they wanted to get rid of the horrible colourings. For this reason I would suggest that you study your pack very carefully while you are in the store or you could end up with something that you don't actually want.
The Tic Tac feels smooth and small in your mouth which I love as you can talk while you eat one without it being a problem. Do be careful that you don't 'rain down' on a friend as you speak though because I find that my mouth waters ridiculously while one is in my mouth.
When you first put one of these in your mouth you could mistaken them for a 'whole waste of time' because they don't really have much of a minty taste. After a few seconds your saliva releases the flavour and I am always blown away by the enormity of the taste.
This is a great mint to have handy if you want to be discreet and they give you mighty fine breath too so go and buy a packet!
These are widely available and even come in four packs. Don't eat tham all at once though or you may end up on the loo because they do have a laxative affect.
Summary: Great if you want to be discreet
