I love almost all kind of biscuits from Fox's and I often buy them. I enjoy cream biscuits so often I buy their crunchy sandwiches with delicious cream inside but sometime go for chocolatey and other products too. In fact I am a biscuit lover-eager to eat one whenever I get the packet handy and feel hungry. When its Fox's Jam Cream-I eat one by one and suddenly find its all gone!!! We are buying at least 6 packs a week now, in our 2-members family. Its I think, a bit of too many. Isn't it? ****Fox's**** Fox's Biscuits was founded in 1853, which you also can find announced proudly on their biscuit packs. Michael Spedding started a small confectionary shop ... I love a nice biscuit and let's face it we do not always want chocolate do we? So where do we turn? Well I used to love Jammie Dodgers as a kid but they are really for the kids and they tend to be a bit boring with too much dry biscuit and not enough jam. Step up Fox`s, Fox`s make some of the best biscuits around and they also make the Jammie dodger for adults, Known as the Fox's Jam Cream Biscuit. These are a flat biscuit base with a generous helping of jam, and vanilla cream topped with another biscuit layer but this time with a hole in the centre so you can see the lovely jam. A 150g packet from Asda costs 69p although ... Read the complete review

To be honest, I've never been a huge fan of Fox's products, I've always found their stuf to be quite hit-and-miss, some things they make are excellent, some things are very very poor. I would say that these biscuits fall into the former category, these biscuits are the bees knees. Fox's have re-named these biscuits 'Jam Rings', in fact, to give them their full title: 'Fox's Creams Jam Rings with Real Raspberry Jam'. Quite a mouthful but this is appropriate as one biscuit is the perfect size to fit into my greedy mouth in one go if the mood takes me (which it often does). Similar in design to Jammy Dodgers, these consist of (from bottom to top) a ... Read the complete review

As a massive fan of all things biscuit, I thought these would be worth a try. Fox are a renowned company who have yet to make a truly horrendous biscuit! The taste: There are a few taste sensations going on here. With the inner bit, you get the smooth vanilla filing, which does taste quite sweet and sugary, but it is a small dollop so you won't feel too sick on it. The shortcake section is my favourite bit, it breaks easily without crumbling everywhere and has a delightful crunch to it when eaten fresh from the pack. On top of this, there is the little hole in the middle of the biscuit which has a small spoonful of jam in it. It is gooey and gets ... Read the complete review

I don't always eat chocolate biscuits, sometimes I prefer a nice jam one and that's when I buy Fox's Jam Cream Biscuit. I choose this one because Fox's make some of the best biscuits there are in the U.K I for one have never found a biscuit made by them that is not 100% delicious although I'll admit not in the slightest bit nutritious. Okay, enough rhyming now, Fox's have been around for over 100 years and really have perfected their biscuit making technique in this time, plus these really are great biscuits and make a nice change from chocolate ones. I bought a 150g packet of these from Tesco for £0.67 which is quite good considering that you get 10 biscuits ... Read the complete review
