Is all that excess packaging necessary? Can't you buy a bigger pack and take 4 per day for the lunch bag?

My kids, like myself, have always been a fan of the biscuits "Party rings", these were an integral part of my childhood with my children always gravitating towards the brightly coloured packaging when asked to pick what they want for their biscuit tin. Upon a recent trip I spotted the newest incarnation in this brand the "party ring pot", I came to the conclusion (very quickly!), that these would indeed be ideal for my children's school lunch boxes, so I promptly threw them into my trolley.
