For general background on Fox's and Rocky Bars, there's a good report under "Orange Rocky Bars" - I'll not repeat that here. What I did want to mention was an especially delicious way to eat them! [This meant to be a bit of a joke - please don't be disappointed because of that] A few years ago I heard an Australian actress [sorry, can't remember the name] being interviewed on TV. She mentioned a choc bar that was available there, and that when she was a girl her family would eat it by dunking it in a special way. The first time I purchased these chocolate bars, I was mostly attracted by the low price (95p for 10 bars in Sainsbury's) and the fact that they were chocolate! Considering they were such a bargain price, I purchased both the 'original' and 'caramel' varieties. They are also available in a jam and honeycomb variety but neither of these particularly appealed to me. I have since seen them in Home Bargains and similar discount shops for even less per packet so you can but them cheaper if you look! Each bar of Rocky is individually wrapped a red plastic wrapper with the 'Rocky' name on it in purple. The overall packaging is similar. In the case of the caramel ...

Rocky biscuits have been around for a good while now. They are a regular purchase in my monthly shopping as a treat or a accompaniment to a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, something my partner enjoys as well as me. What I particularly like about these is they just don't seem to be quite as sweet as other similar bar's out there, and while not being to filling, they are also not to light so just about right for a chocolate bar IMO. Coming in a red wrapper with distinctive blue writing it's difficult not to recognise these biscuits, and coming in at 107 calories a bar it's really not too bad for you compared to a lot of other biscuits and chocolate bars on the ...
