Each week when i'm food shopping I try to be really good and buy myself just one 'indulgent' treat a week. Something thats just for me & hidden out the way of little grubby hands (aka my 6 year old son!). My favourite weekly treat at present is a pack of Foxs Chocolately Shortcake Rounds biscuits. ~The Product~ Each pack contains 8 biscuits, which for the price you pay really doesn't seem like much. However, if you try them you will realise that the quality of these biscuits far outweighs that of supermarket own brands or even well known brands such as Mcvities. Each biscuit is round and measures around 2" in diameter (yes, I am that ... Read the complete review

When a friend invited me round for a coffee and a good old catch up I did not expect to find a truly fantastic biscuit! We were having a good old catch up as the kettle was boiling away when my friend kindly offered me a biscuit, I politely said why not as biscuits are really not my thing, chocolate yes but biscuits for some reason no. Out of her cupboard came a packet of Foxes Shortcake Rounds, one word... wow! THE APPEARANCE The packet is instantly recognisable as Fox's with a large logo to the left hand side. Similar to other biscuits you have your plastic wrapper covering your tray of biscuits (8 in this particular packet). The packaging is a deep brown colour with a royal blue band. The illustration on the packet does a good job in showing what the biscuits look like both on the inside and out. It also shows how much chocolate there is in comparison to the ... With summer and the prospect of more days of hot weather I am trying to be good with my diet so I can look good in my bikini (even though we haven't actually booked a holiday yet, it's good to be prepared!). But my willpower has been pretty non-existent lately, especially when my fiancé's Mum keeps buying biscuits! These Fox's Shortcake Rounds are just the latest treats she's brought home in the weekly shop, the other being Fox's Millionaire's Shortcake. I've always thought Fox's produce a brilliant range of biscuits and I have always perceived them to be on the indulgent side. These Shortcake Rounds are definitely that. The tagline on the packet is ... Read the complete review
