Advantages: Lovely succulent pie

Disadvantages: Incredibly difficult to get into and very time consuming.

I have been a fan of fray bentos pies for many years they are delicious however I am disappointed in these pies now. It is almost impossible to open the can without injury to either yourself or the tin opener. I can only assume that they are using a different metal. My last attempt took two of us one turning the tin and one operating the manual tin opener. Our all singing all dancing one will not open these tins as they are too big.
Once you are in and the pies are cooked they are still as delicious as ever. Hopefully Fray Bentos can improve this before there is a total disaster somewhere or we stop buying them all together.I do not have a problem with the pie just the tin that it is in could this not be made easier so that it is not such a battle.

Summary: Does the end justify the means.
