I was wondering around the supermarket the other day when I came across Frisps. I stared at them for a second, and then carried on walking. They crossed my mind again, and I turned around and went over to see what they were as I spotted a bright sign showing that there was a deal on them. It was a large multi-pack of very vivid-coloured contrasting stripes. The deal was 12 packs for 6 at a price of £1.19. I did the maths, and worked out that they were being sold at 10 pence a pack! In fact, technically they were under 10p a pack! I picked them up and put them in my trolley, and carried on doing what I do best - shopping. The multi-pack seemed considerably ... I was doing my weekly shopping today when I spotted a value bag of crisps a pack of 6 for69p.What with Christmas coming up and my two little princesses being quite greedy I thought that it was a great bargain that I really could not say no to. You get three flavours; Cheese and onion, ready salted, and salt and vinegar. There are 2 packs of each flavour. I think that these are the three main flavours that everybody eats so very handy for the family to choose from. Each pack is 28g and has an ok best before on it of January 2010 which I know is only one month away but let's face it crisps never do last that long without people eating them. Maybe that ... I used to love Frisps as a child, especially the cheese and onion ones. Even my old cat used to love the cheese and onion ones! However, for some reason our family stopped buying them and every now and then when I buy them today I see them as a real treat! I do only buy them occasionally as they are quite high in fat but they are a very nice treat. I usually only see them in a multipack, containing 3 flavours: ready salted, cheese and onion and salt and vinegar. They usually come in packs of 12 but occasionally they will be with 50% extra free making them bags of 18. I usually pay around £1.50 for these from my local shop. They can also be found in ... I popped into my local shop last night to get a few bits 'n' pieces and spotted these Frisps. I've never tried them before so I thought I'd give them a whirl. This review is for the Salt and Vinger flavour. Packaging. The Frisps come in a standard multipack bag which is predominantly red the colur. The front of the bag has the Frisps name and tells you that it contains:- + 3 x Cheese And Onion + 3 x Ready Salted + 3 x Salt And Vinegar The back of the bag contains the usual lists of ingredients and nutritional information as well as a little adverts for some other KP Products:- Wheat Crunchies, Discos and Nik ... When I spotted a 9 pack of Frisps in my local Poundland recently I just had to pick them up as it seemed to have been years since I had eaten them. Within the multi-pack there were three flavours: ready salted, cheese & onion & salt & vinegar. The packet size is 28g and each packet has around 150 calories and 9.5g of fat so these should be enjoyed in moderation. These crisps are ridged potato snacks and the flavouring is lovely and strong on both the cheese & onion and the salt & vinegar. The ready salted are lovely and salty without being too much. There is lots of flavouring coated over all of the crisps so after crunching my ... Read the complete review
