Fruit Flakes Yoghurt And Strawberry

When we go to the shops I like to get Noah a little treat every now and again but I don't always want him to eat sweets and chocolate so try and steer him into choosing a packet of these instead. What are they? This particular bag contains around ten to fifteen little pieces of strawberry that are covered in yogurt. Each treat is slightly different in size although most of them are about the size of a fingernail. They come in a 30g bag and are made by fruit bowl. When I first opened the bag I experienced quite a pleasant smell which wasn't too strong. It's important that we try and get five fruit and veg a day, apparently, but I will be the first to hold my hand up in all honesty and say that I do not meet this target very often! Although I do love fruit and veg I don't buy it a lot as it is just me eating it and it soon goes to waste. Fruit Flakes seemed to be a good way to try and get some fruit wormed in to my diet! Fruit Flakes are, well, flakes of fruit inside a little packet which come in various flavours! One option I love is the strawberry, with yoghurt.
