I read a review about Fruitella Crunchies a few days ago and, although the review was actually a negative one of this product, I thought I'd try it anyway. I saw the product on the shelves in the sweets section of my local Tesco with 3 for 50p written on them so I thought I wouldnt really be losing anything by trying them. They come in a packet which is approximately 10 centimetres long and contains 6 sweets. The flavours of these sweets are cherry, strawberry, apple, orange, lemon and raspberry and each section of the sweet packaging is colour co-ordinated to match these flavours (purple for cherry, pink for strawberry, green for apple, orange for ... I first discovered Fruitella Crunchies by being lured into the sweet display in Somerfield as you queue for the till - I do hate giving I to the sneaky marketing but there you go. I ate the pack on my walk back home and was instantly hooked. First of all, the unusual mix of flavours - alongside the pedestrian lemon, strawberry and orange were apple, raspberry and pomegranate - delicious! Apple was my favourite for its sweet, tangy flavour, just like apple Chapstick and Apple Jacks - remember those? This was followed by raspberry and pomegranate for their delicious berry sweetness. I didn't like orange at all - it tasted like kid's orange vitamins, a bit powdery and ... Read the complete review

I am one of those people who every time they go into a supermarket or a shop has to see if there is something I haven't seen before or something on offer I fancy to have a munch on, so when exploring Tesco today I was browsing down the sweetie isle for something to chew on for the drive home, when I came across these little packets on the shelf amongst the children sweets I couldn't resist.. ~*~ What are Fruitella Crunchies? ~*~ I'm guessing most people know what the Fruitella sweets are? If you don't they are little square fruit chews, that now have real fruit flavourings and no artificial colours.. These little sweeties are similar except instead ... Read the complete review

My story:) My hubby and I adore our sweets and most weekends we tend to take a little walk into our local City Centre and buy £2.50's worth of Pic N Mix from the locall market. It's alot cheaper than anywhere else we have found and the variety is much better. A few months a go we both took a scoop of a new sweet that he had introduced to the stall. When we tried them we were in love instantly! The next week we went back and got some more but when we went back the following week he had none left. A couple of weeks went by and there they were again. To make sure we wouldn't be without them we decided to buy all of what he had left. This costed us around ten ... Read the complete review

I have just popped into my local Tesco Express with a craving for some sweets and bought these on an offer - three packs for 50p which seems quite reasonable to me considering the price of some chocolate and sweets nowadays! Although you only get six sweets in a pack they are quite large and one pack is just enough to conquer your sugar craving but without making you feel sick (although i think they are so moreish i'm currently munching through the second pack as i type!). They come in small paper wrapped packs with brightly coloured packaging and each flavour has a little symbol so you know which is which...cherry, strawberry, apple, orange, lemon and raspberry. I ...
