Like all the oils in the fry light range you are advised not to keep the oil in the fridge to avoid it from thickening. Fry light should be used at room temperature a sprayed onto a cold pan. In the case of the stir fry oil you will need to shake the bottle well and spray onto a cold wok. I was a bit taken at the murky brown colour of the oil-n...more

Premium Review Fry Light Stir Fry Spray: Not in my Wok! (491 words)

I first started to use fry light when I joined slimming world a year ago. I have now reached my target weight and intend to stay there! With only 1 calorie per spray, fry light has around 30 times fewer calories than other cooking oils. I really like stir Frys, finding them easy and quick to make and they are healthy too! I was very keen to try ...  Read the complete review

~~~~~~~~~~ INTRODUCTION ~~~~~~~~~~ As a member of Slimming World, I use Fry Light products quite a lot, and so, on a recent trip to the supermarket, I was intrigued to find a new variety displayed next to the usual suspects on the shelf. It was advertised as "Fry Light Stir-Fry Spray Oil with Oriental Seasoning", and, as we do a fair bit of stir fry, I decided to give it a try. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PACKAGING & PRICE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The oil comes in a tall, predominantly black and yellow plastic 250ml bottle with a spray pump on top which is covered by a clear plastic lid emblazoned with "The Only 1 Cal ...  Read the complete review
