This product is an absolute genius, being a bit of a health freak curiousity made me pick it upin the supermarket, and i have never looked back. Fry light is a healthy alternative to conventional oil or fat, one canister of Fry Light replaces up to 7 litres of vegetable oil (it lasts an like forever...literally, i've had mine for 6 months and it hasnt shown any signs of running out...i'll have to throw it away before i use it all up - which is very economical too!) and can be used for everything, frying, baking, roasting, you name it.
