Fynbo

Description: Semi hard cheese made of cow milk. From the island of Fyn, Fynbo is produced with pasteurized milk and ferments. Milk is heated to 87 degrees F, and then curdled with liquid rennet. The cheese is shaped like a cylinder and weighs approximately 4 lbs.
