Another chocolate opinion from dear old Nancy?
Well I'm sorry but I can't help myself, I simply love the stuff.
I realise that this is about Galaxy minstrels and the category is for Galaxy chocolate but they are Galaxy chocolate if you look at it from all angles he he. Anyway, Dooyoo don't have the minstrels in the category list so you'll have to forgive me and put it down to my old age.
Minstrels come in a dark brown packet and are a product of Galaxy. They cost 36p for a small bag and 89p for a large bag but you can buy them in other sized bags and tubes as well.
They are one of the simplest chocolates around, small token sized pices of Galaxy milk chocolate coated in a sweet crispy chocolate shell.
They smell very sweet and they taste delicious, very chocolatey and very creamy as Galaxy chocolate has always been.
I think Galaxy chocolate has more use of full cream than most other chocolates which is why it tastes so much better.
The texture is quite hard but once you get through the crunchy outer shell, the taste is just something else.
They are fattening as hell but who's worried about a little extra weight when you get to my age?
I need to live whilst I have the chance.
Galaxy Minstrels, I heartily reccomend them to anyone who adores chocolate.
