Probably the biggest rival to Dairy milk available in the UK, this is a slightly more innocuous brown wrapped chocolate bar made by mars. Everyone will have their own preference to this or Dairy milk. I personally prefer the slightly creamier flavour that this offers. It doesn't have quite as chocolaty a taste as Dairy milk, but this feels a lot ... Read the complete review

I am a complete and utter chocoholic and crave it more especially at a particular time of the month (im sure most ladies feel the same!) I was in Poundland yesterday and came to the sweeties aisle. I went a bit mad buying stuff to munch on and one of the things i bought was a multipack of four Galaxy bars. They normally cost ... Read the complete review

The Galaxy bar is in my opinion Mars' crowning glory. It has a decadent, luxurious texture and a unique and distinctive flavour, very intense and utterly moreish. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this (maybe it's just my tastebuds wearing out after all these years) but I am sure that about 2, 3 or 4 years ago Galaxy underwent a ... Lurking in the depths of the vegetable drawer at the bottom of the beer fridge was the 125g bar of Galaxy Chocolate I'd acquired way back at the beginning of October for emergency situations and promptly hidden from the prying eyes and cavernous mouths of the demonic daughters. Clearly I did a remarkably good job of this as I'd forgotten all about ... Read the complete review

There is an ongoing debate in our household when it comes to chocolate with Mr Lols nd I sitting in two different camps. He is in the Cadbury's camp preferring his chocolate to be less creamy and likes it to be put in the fridge first. I am the opposite preferring Galaxy with its creamy taste and it has to be served in one way only softer and ... Read the complete review

I know, I know...Yorkie is the man's chocolate, & Galaxy is the girly version, but surely you don't begrudge me the odd trip to the 'other side'?! Galaxy isn't one of those confectionary products I indulge in on a weekly basis (like Cadbury's), but I do take a fancy to it every once in a while. Galaxy is the creamiest of the ... ==Background:== When I was growing up I was lucky enough to have a father who worked for Mars Confectionary. As a result every week he would bring home a bag of 'rations', we were allowed any thing from with the exception of the Galaxy Bar that my Mother loved. Since those days I have always had a fascination with them and I quite ... Read the complete review

Galaxy is my total favourite chocolate. It has a smooth, dreamy texture and the nicest sweet taste ever!! The bars come in a varity of sizes ranging from small snack size bars which usually come in a multipack costing about £2 to the really large share size (or eat all yourself and hide from anyone else) bars which usually cost about £4 ... For anyone who's read my other reviews (not that I have a following or anything haha), it may have been noticed that I LOVE chocolate, and especially those that carry the Galaxy name. Of course, the original is always the best and so I must come to review the classic Galaxy chocolate bar. Available in a 46g bar, or a 125g bar, you can ... Read the complete review

Galaxy is produced by Mars who is the first global chocolate company to certify its global cocoa supply by 2020. You can find more details on this on their website http://www.galaxychocolate.co.uk/ Whenever I peruse the chocolate section looking for something to satisfy my sweet tooth, the gold and brown wrapper of Galaxy always wins! ... Sadly fattening and deliciously sugary, this sweet treat has me hypnotized. I love Dairy Milk, Nescafe...you name it, but there is nothing better than a few pieces...or bars...or this creamy chocolate. The well-known brand now is available in many variates- Minstrels, as dark chocolate or as modern and scrumptious "Cookie ... Read the complete review

One of the plain bars on the British shelf in regards to chocolate is the plain Galaxy bar, this comes in a multi-tone brown wrapper, with what looks like it's name being spelt in melted liquid chocolate. Although one of the prettiest wrappers it is, in all honesty, just plain plastic unlike the futuristic look of the boost, or the cute appeal of ... Read the complete review

Galaxy chocolate is one of the mistakenly titled 'chocolate' bars that have dominated our confectionery menus for decades, to be precise since 1986 when Mars Incorporated bought the chocolate product. It was previously known as dove chocolate and sold only in the U.S.A in the areas around Chicago and was actually created here in ... Read the complete review

Priced at about £1 for 150g of chocolate, Galaxy chocolate is a cheap and tasty brand of milk chocolate. If you are after a high quality high cocoa content chocolate, then look elsewhere - this chocolate contains more sugar than cocoa and only has 25% cocoa solids (most of the rest is milk). On the other hand, this brand makes an excellent ... Read the complete review

Galaxy chocolate is a type of chocolate that I don't usually go for, I see galaxy as a kind of up market Cadburys dairy milk really however it's in the same price bracket and in fact usually cheaper. Galaxy is part of the Mars chocolate company, one of the rivals to Nestle is the British (and international) confectionary industry. Galaxy chocolate, like the bi-line, does taste silk-smooth and creamy and is also fairly soft, so it is easy to bite into.
