Not just for Easter, these mini eggs are the best on the market because they're made up of the delicious Galaxy chocolate.

When it comes to the serious world of chocolate, most people have strong allegiances to one brand. Whilst I won't say I'm as strong minded about it as my 'I must have chocolate else I'll die' wife, I don't mind a bar every now and again and for me, Galaxy is the bar of choice.

WHAT MAKES IT SO GREAT:
Created by the phenomenally successful 'Mars' Company, Galaxy bars are distinctive amongst the rest of the chocolate world for their creaminess. The overly creamy taste actually makes it stand out on its own in the market, as it is unlike any other brand. For me, the creamy taste results in a richer, more satisfying chocolate that requires a lesser amount to be eaten to be satisfied than other brands; eating a whole bar is almost too sickly.

THE INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, Cocoa Ingredients (Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass), Skimmed Milk Powder, Milk Fat, Lactose, Whey Powder, Vegetable Fat, Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, E442), Natural Vanilla Extract, Milk Chocolate contains Milk Solids 14% minimum and Cocoa Solids 25% minimum, Milk Chocolate contains Vegetable Fats in addition to Cocoa Butter

The key thing here, for me, is the fact that at 32.5% fat, it very unhealthy. With Cadbury's Dairymilk at less than 30%, it may well be the fat content that makes up for the creaminess, but comes with health warnings too. Don't feel too bad though, Milk Chocolate isn one of the main anti-oxidant foods, second only to dark chocolate, so you can always kid yourself you're eating if for the health benefits.
