Gallina Blanca. White hen I thought I would write about an easy pasta meal that comes in a packet, I am trying to escape thoughts of turkey and stuffing. I have bought several of these pasta meals on holidays so I can dream about the summer too. Gallina Blanca is a Spanish firm based in Barcelona.
