Garner's Pickled Shallots

The last two jars that I have bought have been soft and mushy. In the past they have been crunchy.

I have always bought these adorable tasty shallots, but the last 4 jars have been disappointing as they have been soft and mushy!! Their web address is "dropped" or in the process of being dropped...how do I contact them to let them what has happened?
I will give a high rating to these shallots as they are normally very yummy indeed!! This is possibly just a bad batch, but I can't contact them!!

If you like pickled onions, you will love these. Garners Pickled Shallots taste absolutely fantastic. They really are better than ANY other pickled onion - hands down, no contest! Unfortunately they are only available around Christmas time, so stock up when you can get hold of them. You will not be sorry.
