While at the Hospital visiting someone I went down to the shop to get them a Sandwich and got one for myself as well - why not. I had been working all day, was starving and no site of home for about an hour and a half. Yes, shops at the Hospital tend to have pretty nice food, but at a cost. Why is it so expensive? The only range of Sandwiches was Ginsters, and I had never tried one of their Sandwiches, but know I like their Hot Slices and so on. The pack to this was the standard Sandwich pack. It is a triangle type thin plastic thing, and the 2 halfs of the sandwiches sit in this. Easy enough to take the Sandwich half out of this and heave the other bit in. ... Read the complete review

To quote Ginsters' package description: "Westcountry Farmhouse Mature Cheddar and Red Leicester Cheese with Spring Onion, Red Onion and Seasoned Mayonnaise on Malted Brown Bread". PACKAGING: The Ginsters logo in the top left hand corner of this plastic sandwich packet reminds the purchaser that this sandwich is made by the company who are renowned for their quality pasties (although having spent much of my childhood growing up in Cornwall I tend to disagree with this sacrilege to the Cornish pasty!).
