 ... -red pepper, sweet potato, carrot, tomato and onion. The sausages are frozen and you can oven bake, grill or barbeque them - no need to defrost first. I did mine on the grill just because it's quicker! Although the picture on the box seems to depict these looking a lot like real sausages, in reality they don't look like that at all. I'm not vegetarian, but I don't eat a huge amount of meat, and have found that I actually quite like a lot of frozen vegetarian products, such as veggie burgers. I'd had Dalepak vegetable sausages a while back and I really liked them, but have been unable to get them since, so when I saw that Grassington's now make them, I decided to give them a try. I've had Grassington's products before and generally found them to be quite good, so had high expectations for these. I must admit from the description on the box they did sound lovely - 'a delicious mix of vegetables infused with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs'. Not too spicy, easy to cook, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and they taste fantastic. Maybe they're too yummy?!

Can be cooked several ways, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and low in fat and calories. They taste and smell horrible! (In my opinion)
