Green & Black's is a luxury range of chocolate that, while it tastes gorgeous, should really be saved for special occasions to actually fully appreciate the careful blend of cocoa, milk and sugar. This particular flavour, the milk chocolate, is very smooth indeed, and easy to scoff. Some chocolates I find get a little sickly if you have too much, and while this is the same of Green & Black's to a certain extent, I find that eating this doesn't leave you with too rich a feeling in your stomach. The taste itself is quite rich in terms of flavour, with a 34% cocoa content, and what I can imagine as being high quality ingredients used. A 100g bar will give ... Read the complete review

Green and Blacks offer the highest level of quality and deliver a great chocolate with a fantastic taste, superb textures and it's very filling. However, it is prices much higher than similar brands and you do get a lot less, but in my opinion it is worth it for the whole package, you won't be disappointed. The packaging is very bright, and easy to recognise on the shelf. The text is big and bold, making it easy to read. The wrapper can be opened easily, and the product is always fresh, and due to the thick paper, it is never broken. It can't be closed again, only re-wrapped, so it will stay fresh for a little while, but this isn't a problem as it is ... Read the complete review

Green & Black was only established in 1991! Since then it has become a well know luxury chocolate brand round the country. The initial products in the range were gathered sheerly thorugh chance trials and deals - this earned them the first Fair Trade Mark given to any company in the UK in 1994. Many of their products are now listed as fair trade and even those that are not, the beans are sourced in an ethical way from groups of farmers. No only that, but all products are ethically sourced (based on international labour conventions) and organic (no pesticides-all natural). The milk chocolate is exquisite (chocoholic in me getting out!!!). ... Read the complete review

Green & Black's organic milk chocolate is a delicious treat that can be bought from supermarkets across the UK. It is of a high standard and perfect for those with a sweet tooth! ~Taste~ I much prefer it to similar products from another companies as it has a much higher cocoa content (34%) than most. This means the taste of chocolate is quite strong and less artificial. It is very smooth and a real pleasure to eat. Also, it doesn't melt as quickly as other chocolate bars which is probably due to higher quantities of cocoa/lower quantities of milk. This chocolate isn't too sweet and as I'm not a fan of sickly, sweet goodies it's perfect for ... Read the complete review

Deliciously smooth but strong tasting milk chocolate - this is the ultimate cocoa hit for chocoholics. It used to be the case that only Cadbury's would do when I got a craving for chocolate, but then I began to notice that feeling in my belly, like I'd swallowed an oil slick! Not nice - but that was in the days before Green and Blacks had even appeared on the market. - Okay, if you eat a whole large bar of this on your own, you will probably feel slightly nauseous, but could you really expect otherwise?? It may be more expensive at £1.99 for a 100g bar (which is about half the size of a "large" Cadbury's bar) but you will get ... Read the complete review
