I Love this desert. I buy a ready made sweet pastry case. and make up the Egg Custard with half milk and half single cream. As it is getting close to Christmas the supermarkets now stock the Liqueur flavoured cream, Orange, Brandy, Baileys etc. I will be trying these now! I'm no cook, Just a Man with a sweet tooth.
