I wasn't too keen on this mousse. It is very rich and very thick. It is also quite 'dry' tasting. I found I couldn't finish it all and had to leave some for later on. You get two pots of mousse per pack. It normally costs £2.99 in Sainsbury's but is on special offer at the moment and is *only* £1.99. The mousse comes in two glass ramekins. This seems very wasteful. I will keep and reuse them but I wonder how many other people will even bother to recycle them? The extra weight must also increase the CO2 emissions involved in transportation. The use of the ramekins is obviously meant to make you think you are getting a 'luxury' product - but ...
