Having just celebrated my birthday (we won't go into the age!) I was lucky enough to receive a box of Guylian Seashell chocolates from my friend. Being a big chocolate fan it is a wonder why I have never had a box of these before. I tend to go for milk chocolate varieties but the Guylian Seashells are Belgian chocolate so I was very interested and slightly excited to see what they tasted like! Most people eat more chocolate at Christmas than at any other time of the year (except of course perhaps Easter) and our household is no exception. One of my personal favourites are Guylian Belgian Seashell chocolates, and what is even better, is my husband doesn't like them much so I get to scoff the lot! Today is my birthday and I recieved a box of Guylian. I have opened them to sample and therefore I thought I would write a review on them. Guylian are sea shell shaped chocolates which have a praline filling. They are described as Finest Belgian chocolate seashells. Guylian are packaged in a very nice way. The size box I got as a gift was 250g. It contained 22 of the sea shell chocolates ( it has lost a few already, in the name of research!) This box of chocolates was one of three brought to our house recently when we had a bit of a gathering. There were a couple left over so I thought I would do some extra testing and report my findings! Firstly, this product is made by Guylian and inside the box you will find sixteen chocolate seashell-shaped pieces. The packaging is attractive , with a see through window to see what is inside which I think is a good idea, because that way you know what you're getting and whether you get much for your money (unlike when you open a bag of crisps and it's barely half full).
