Advantages: Tasty , chocolate, praline

Disadvantages: no variety for those who do not like praline

When you want a treat but do not think you deserve the big treats then Guylian Chocolate Sea Shells are for you. These chocolates are familiar on all the supermarket shelves and if you like a praline then these are for you.

The chocolates are attractively packaged in a sophisticated white box. You can see what you are getting.

The chocolates are all shell shapes and coated with a milk and white chocolate marbled effect. They look good. I would happily serve them when I have friends round for dinner, you could be imaginative in the presentation.

When it comes to eating them I cannot fault them. I like praline and so I know I will like all the chocolates in the box. The quality of the chocolate is high and the taste is excellent. These are not the top quality sold in little shops in belgium but for a little treat I love them.

These chocolates are no good if you have a nut allergy. There is no variety as they all taste exactly the same no matter what shape you pick. However if you like this kind of chocolate then these are the ones to go for. They are not too expensive and they are easy to find.

I agree that they are best eaten gradually. But I was disappointed to find they aren't even made with real seahorses ;)
