Haagen Dazs do a gorgeous Baileys flavour ice cream which you really should try if you haven't already! I've not had any in ages and when we had a glass of Baileys liqueur the other day at a party, it got me thinking that we should really track some of this down for one of our date nights. I've checked online and found that supermarkets stock it for £3.99 per 500ml tub, including Sainsburys, so that'll definitely be going in the with the shopping this week.


When you first get this out of the freezer you'll find it's rock solid so you need to leave it out to thaw for about half an hour before serving. When you do serve it up, I recommend just grabbing a spoon (or two) because it's highly unlikely that any of this will be returned to the freezer once opened!


The taste and texture are really deep, thick, soft and creamy. The smell of Baileys liqueur is overwhelming when you dig your spoon into this and if you like the popular coffee liqueur then you'll love this I'm sure. I know I do! This is one of the most luxurious ice creams ever made and is one that every Baileys fan should try.
