This ice cream was delicious. As some of you will know I love Haagen Dazs and Ben & Jerry's ice creams. Most of them are some of the nicest things I have put in my mouth (no rude comments from anyone, especially you Art1954!). So I was surprised to see this flavour in the supermarket as i'd never heard of it before.

The flavour is Chocolate. Now that might sound boring, but not all chocolate ice cream tastes the same. The thing I love about Haagen Dazs is the fact that their ice cream always has an amazing taste of luxury and quality. It tastes smooth and rich. It has the usual very creamy taste as well.

Throughout the 500ml tub there are loads of chocolate chips. I can't describe what size they are, but they are bigger than the ones that are in chocolate chip cookies. In every spoonful there were some chocolate chips, and this continued through the whole tub.

As usual this type of luxury comes at a price and this cost £3.49 for 500ml. You can pay a lot more for this ice cream elsewhere, so this price is alright, even though it seems expensive.

So to conclude I would buy this again. I have only seen it in Asda and Safeways around my area, but some of you might have better luck in finding it. There was no bad points to this dessert and the good points were how good it tasted, how creamy it was, the amount of chocolate chips crammed into the tub, the chocolate ice cream and what good quality the whole product was.

I hope I have persuaded some people to try this, fair enough the review isn't massive, but there is only so much anyone can write about ice cream!
